Ben Glover is the Founder and Managing Director of Insight Risk Advisers, possessing over 20 years' experience in financial risk advisory. 

Ben has significant experience across all aspects of transactional/M&A risk, ranging from Litigation to Underwriting, Broking and non-traditional capital market solutions, possessing a very unique background and understanding of the full risk spectrum., specifically within the Private Equity and M&A space

Ben has held senior management and executive roles with both international and national firms, with core a focus on negotiation, placement and advisory services to complex, corporate and ASX listed clients, predominantly in the Financial and Professional Services segment.

Ben holds numerous qualifications including  LLB/B Fin, Diploma of Business Management, as well as having numerous industry and financial services certifications including RG 146 (Personal and General Advice) Accreditation.
